     Under the “three new” strategy of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM), on October 11, China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) concluded an agreement on acquiring CTF Solar, Germany. Through the acquisition, CTIEC will make better use of advanced foreign technical resources to lay a solid foundation for speeding up the R & D and industrialization of core technology of film solar cells, and the formation of its core competitiveness in the field of new energy engineering services.

     Founded in 2007, CTF Solar is a company that specializes in the R & D of CdTe production lines, owns core technology and relevant patent technology of CdTe film solar cells, and boasts human resources, technical resources and the capability of delivering turn-key projects of CdTe film solar cell production lines. Members of the company’s major technical team came from ANTEC with original CdTe technology, whose core technical expert Dr. Dieter Bonnet may be rated as the originator of the CdTe industry and enjoys great popularity in this field.
