Andy Serwer, managing editor of Fortune, presented the certificate to Song Zhiping, chairman of China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) and China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (Sinopharm); Yao Yan, president of CNBM and She Lulin, president of Sinopharm. Song drew close attention as the chairman of two central state owned enterprises making the list.
