On February 16, 2015, a delegation led by Yu Hongchi, economic and commercial counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Azerbaijan, visited the project site of China Triumph International Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CTIEC) in Azerbaijan.
At the symposium, Yu acclaimed CTIEC's efforts in developing international business and striving to be a pacesetter for state-owned enterprises at the national call of "going out", introduced Azerbaijan's recent economic situation, pledged that the economic and commercial counselor's office will duly coordinate to resolve any difficulty arising in the project, and extended New Year greetings to the workers who could not return for family reunion during the Spring Festival because of their work. All site workers of CTIEC's Azerbaijan Project Department warmly welcomed the delegation, and undertook to pay more attention to construction safety and work hard during the festival to deliver a high-caliber project to the owner as early as possible.
Following the symposium, the delegation visited the site and the workers' living quarters.
