On April 14, Song Zhiping, chairman of China National building materials group Corporation (CNBM) met Pierre-André DE CHALENDAR, the chairman and chief executive officer of Saint-Gobain group in headquarters of the group.
Firstly, Song Zhiping congratulated 350 years of anniversary of Saint-Gobain and introduced the current condition and the future development of the building materials in China to the guests. Mr. CHALENDAR congratulated the performance obtained by CNBM and introduced the development history of Saint-Gobain and operation condition in 2014.
During the meeting, the two parties communicated with each other widely and deeply for merger and recombination of cement industry, glass business, plasterboard business, thin-film solar cells, equity cooperation and the like. He showed to strengthen the top cooperation, push the health and continuous development of global building materials.
